HELEN V. BIAS, 85, of Milton, widow of Walter E. Bias, died Tuesday in St. Mary?s Hospital. She was a homemaker. Survivors include one daughter, Pamela S. Salk of Fort Wayne, Ind.; one sister, Delana Fugate of Milton; and one granddaughter, Kristie Springer of Fort Wayne. Graveside service 10 a.m. Thursday in Milton Cemetery.
