JESSIE FRANCIS HOLLEY, 90, formerly of Milton, widow of Mason Floyd Holley, died Monday in Manassas, Va. Graveside funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Milton Cemetery. Visitation will be private. Heck Funeral Home, Milton, is in charge of arrangements.
