CHARLOTTE MAE BLAKE, 57, of Ona, formerly of Culloden, passed away Saturday, Nov. 9, 2002, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with the Rev. George Surgeon officiating. Burial will follow in Union Ridge Cemetery. She was born Oct. 21, 1945, in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Charles McClellan and Stella McClellan Holley of Glenwood. She also was preceded in death by her stepfather, Robert Holley; brother, Roger McClellan; and son, Jimmy Lynn Blake. She was a former nursing assistant and attended Lawrence Chapel Church. She is survived by five children, Dallas "Lee" Beckelhimer of Milton, W.Va., Sandra Sue Beckelhimer of Huntington, Debra Sue Beckelhimer of Huntington, Cheryl Annette Blake of Ona and Billy Jo Blake Jr. of Lesage, W.Va.; five sisters and three brothers-in-law, Lena and Johnny Hedrick of Huntington, Ethel and Hubert Gibson of Huntington, Mary Meade of Huntington, Violet Davis of Point Pleasant, W.Va., and Tennessee and Roger Glover of Milton; one brother, Ronald McClellan; one sister-in-law, Brenda McClellan; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 11, 2002, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
