From Interstate 64 in Milton, WV take John's Creek Road and go 4.1 miles.  When you come to the forks in the road take the Left fork and go 0.9 mile.  When you get near the 0.9 of a mile the road will start up a hill.  At the first house on you Left (about half way up the hill) turn Left and take the dirt road up the hill.  The cemetery is at the end of the road.  It is fenced and well kept.
