RUSSELL JAMES LUSTER - Seventy-one years old, 1271 College Avenue, Barboursville, who died Sunday, will be buried in Oaklawn Cemetery following funeral services at 2 P. M. today at the Pilgrim Holiness Church at Barboursville.  The Rev. John Cruse will officiate.  The body is at Wallace Funeral Home and will be taken to the church one hour before the services.” 

Nettie Mabel Patterson Luster died on March 31, 2000 in Cabell County, West Virginia. She is resting in Oaklawn Memorial Park.  

On April 6, 2000 the following obituary was published in the Putman Democrat and the Cabell Record.  

“Nettie Mabel Luster
Nettie Mabel Luster, 110, of Barboursville, went home to be with the Lord Friday, March 31, 2000 at Mariner Health Care.  Funeral services were conducted Monday, April 3, 2000 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Dr. Gary Patton.  Burial in Oaklawn Memorial Park.  She was born February 28, 1890 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Rev. Rush and Mary Elizabeth Cowan Patterson.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Luster.  She is survived by a very special nephew, George Palmer, who cared for her during the last several years of her life; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.  Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, was in charge of arrangements.”
