Elaine R. Murray, 83, of Huntington, died Sunday, July 20, 2008 in Huntington Cabell Huntington Hospital. Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2008 by Rev. Skip Seibel at Klingel Carpenter Mortuary. She was born August 22, 1924 in Delaware, OH; a daughter of the late James and Helen Myers Robinson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William G. Murray. She was a member and youth leader at the First Presbyterian Church and was of the first graduating class of Stonewall Jackson High School. Survivors include a daughter, Robin Murray (Jeffrey) Hobbs of Wake Forest, NC., and two sons, Steven Patrick (Marsha) Murray of Huntington and Timothy G. Murray of Beach Fork; three grandchildren, Lisabeth Murray Maynard of Salt Rock, Christina Hobbs Croteau of Lebanon, New Hampshire and Nathaniel Hobbs of Cincinnati, OH., and three great-grandchildren, Sebastien Croteau, Griffin Hobbs and Samuel Maynard.
