Obituary

1ST LT. PAUL HOWARD NOE JR., 88, of Huntington, W.Va., died Monday, August 3, 2009, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Beard Mortuary with Rev. John Cheetham officiating. Entombment will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park Abbey of Devotion with military graveside rites by Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
