From Barboursville, Cabell County, West Virginia take US Route 60 East to Cyrus Creek Road.   Turn Right and go 3.3 miles to McComas Road and turn Left. Then go about 1.2 miles or until you come to Owsley Gap Rd.  (Top of Hill)   Turn Right onto this road and go to the next stop sign.  Turn Right and then turn Left and go to the end of the road.  Then turn Left up the hill to the turn around and park.  The Cemetery is now up on the top of the hill in front of you.  It is very over grown and at one time had a fenced around it.  It is not maintained.
