CARRIE ELLEN CLAGG, 72, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, formerly of Hurricane, died Sunday in Knox Community Hospital, Mount Vernon. Survivors include one brother, John A. Clagg of Redding, Calif.; two sisters, Alice G. Clark of Culloden and Pansy Funk of Mount Vernon, Ohio; and one foster sister, Carolyn Zirkle of South Point, Ohio. Funeral 11 a.m. Thursday at Heck Funeral Home, Milton; burial in Bias Chapel Cemetery, Milton. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
