 Chapman - McCroskey Detail List
Latitude: N 38°  24.100
Longitude: W 082°  09.458
Elevation: 861 feet
Accuracy: 20 feet

Located on the Lt. Fork of Fudge Creek Rd. From
US Route 60 in Ona, take Fudges Creek Road for 3.3 miles and turn
left onto the Left Fork Fudges Creek Road. Go about 1.3 miles,
coming to the end of the blacktop and up the hill. The cemetery
is on the right hand side of the road.
It should be noted that this list is a
combination of two ( 2 ) cemeteries that are side by side. The
Chapman Cemetery is fenced and the McCroskey is not. Both are
well maintain and the local folks refer to them as the Chapman
Cemetery.
The following list was compiled by actual reading of the
tombstones. All the information, excluding annotation, is written
on the tombstone. Annotations are included following the entry
for the majority of the stones. Abbreviations are used for the
following: d/o - dau of; s/o - son of; c/o - child of; w/o - wife
of; and h/o - husband of.
