From US Route 60 in Cabell County at Barboursville, WV.  Take Alt. 10 and Route 10 South to you come to Salt Rock.  At the Chevron Gas station turn Right onto Madison Cr. Rd.   Go about 2.5 miles (make sure you stay to the right all of the way) to you come to a concrete driveway that goes up the hill (this is on your right side).  Go up the hill to the top of Mt. Zion Cemetery.  At the top there is a gate across a old dirt road that goes on up the hill. Take this road for about 3/4 of a mile and the cemetery will be on your Left side.  It is fenced and well maintained.
