From Barboursville take Route 10 to Salt Rock, Cabell County, West Virginia.  At Salt Rock turn Right onto Madison Creek Road and go to Smith Creek Road.  Turn Right onto Smith Creek Road and go 0.3 miles to the Madison United Baptist Church sign.  Now turn Left onto Dog Fork Rd and go about 0.4 mile.  Turn Left in the driveway and park at the house.  There is a old road to the Left of the house that goes up the hill.  You will need to walk this or use a ATV to get up the hill.  The cemetery is about 1/2 mile up on the top of the hill on your Right.  At one time it was fenced and the cemetery is in very bad shape with some of the markers laying on the ground.
