RANDALL EUGENE CHAPMAN, 55, of Milton passed away Sunday, July 14, 2002, in The Baptist Hospital, Jacksonville, Fla. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2002, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with the Rev. Kim Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Milton Cemetery. He was born March 22, 1947, in Cabell County, W.Va., a son of Emzy and Myrtle Chapman of Milton. He is also survived by his wife, Bonnie Chapman; three stepsons, Charles Dowdy and Donald Dowdy, both of Virginia, and Alva Dowdy of Florida; one stepdaughter, Dana Dowdy of Virginia; and one sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn K. and David Scarberry of Ona.
