JUDSON "CHUCK" CONARD, 78, of Huntington, widower of Effie Persinger Conard, died Sunday in the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Huntington. He was a former welder at ACF. Survivors include one daughter, Betty Price of Toledo, Ohio; one son, Charles Conard of Milton; three sisters, Irene Jenkins, Madeline Nance and Erma Jackson, all of Huntington; and one brother, Mervin Conrad of Huntington. Funeral services 2 p.m. Wednesday at Beard Mortuary, Huntington; burial in Milton Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
