DELORIS ANN BLACK JACKS EGNOR

DELORIS ANN BLACK JACKS EGNOR, 68, of Culloden, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord Saturday, January 28, 2006. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, February 3, 2006, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Jack Mayes of Cross Roads Baptist Church, Huntington, W.Va., of which she was a member. She was born February 20, 1937, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late William Woodrow Black and Viola Kissinger Black. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 22 years, the Rev. B. Clee Egnor; a son, Calvin Randall "Randy" Jacks and his friend Bonnie Lowry of Benson, N.C.; a daughter and son-in-law, Crystal and Charlie Young of Culloden; a stepson and daughter-in-law, Mike and Kathy Egnor of Columbus, Ohio; a stepson, Donald Egnor of Proctorville, Ohio; a stepdaughter, LeeAnna Egnor of Youngstown, Ohio; a grandson, Nicholas Garret Young of Culloden, W.Va.; a grandson and his wife Travis and Jessi Egnor of Nashville, Tenn.; and granddaughters Marcie, Rachel and Lisa Egnor. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Calvin Leon Jacks; brother Joe Max Black; and a stepson, Eric D. Egnor. She is also survived by her brothers, Jackie Lee (Sue) Black of Albany, Ga.; William Woodrow "Woody" (Elly) Black Jr. of Temperance, Mich.; Gary Black of Las Vegas, Nev.; Roger Keith (Lindee) Black of Sheridan, Wyo.; sisters Marsha (David) Laverty of Thomasville, N.C.; Nancy (Sal) Gonzalas of Toledo, Ohio; Donna (Bill) Grimmett of Orlando, Fla.; Merla (Dan) Drause of Lake Placid, Fla.; a special friend, Ann Smith Wood of Ashland, Ky., and a host of nieces and nephews. She graduated from the Cabell County Vo-Tech Center in 1974 with a degree in nursing. She dedicated 25 years of service as a Licensed Practical Nurse on 2 South Towers at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
