EVA MAY MORRIS HEATHCOTE, 86, of Milton went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 13, 2003, at her residence. Graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, August 15, at Milton Cemetery. She was born November 19, 1916, in Cabell County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Sid and Annie Irwin Morris. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Stephen G. Heathcote and her brother John E. Morris. She is survived by two cousins, Evelyn Morris Burns of Huntington and Mary Ann Carter of Pompano Beach, Fla.; one sister-in-law, Teresa Morris of Milton; four loving caregivers, Louise Jefferson, Bonnie Ayers, Patricia Murrell and Teresa Blake; and special friends, Mike and Wilma Murrell. There will be no visitation. Heck Funeral Home, Milton is in charge of arrangements.
