RICHARD DWIGHT MEADOWS, 46, of Barboursville died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2004, at home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, 2004, at the Wallace Funeral Home and Chapel by Minister David Gladwell. Burial will be in Milton Cemetery. He was born June 26, 1958, in Cabell County, a son of James Meadows of Barboursville and the late Violet Hatfield Meadows. He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Ed Steen of Barboursville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronnie and Diane Meadows and Howard and Carol Arkell Meadows, all of Ona; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
