ALICE EMILY MILLER, 85, of Washington, D.C., formerly of Milton, died Thursday in Washington Medical Center. She was a retired labor relations attorney for the U.S. government. Survivors include two sisters, Eugenia Kissinger and Jo Anna Perls, both of California. Graveside service 1 p.m. today in Milton Cemetery.
