DAVID HAROLD SMITH, 50, of Milton, husband of Tammy Jenkins Smith, died Thursday in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was employed by the Huntington Mall Wendy's. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, Heck Funeral Home, Milton; burial will follow in Milton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
