WILLIAM H. WOODS, 62, of Barboursville, W.Va., passed away Thursday, December 13, 2007, at St. Mary's Medical Center. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, December 16, 2007, at Milton Cemetery by Pastor Paul Meadows. He was born October 1, 1945, in Milton, a son of the late Howard B. and Mary E. Nelson Woods. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Barbara A. and Freddie J. Bates of Barboursville, and their son, Mark A. Bates of Huntington, W.Va.; four brothers, Harold L. Woods, C. Robert Woods, James A. Woods and David L. Woods, all of Barboursville. There will be no visitation. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is in charge of arrangements.
