PHYLLIS YVONNE WOODY CALDWELL, 68, of Milton passed away Friday, Oct. 24, 2003, in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2003, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with Pastor Keith Leap officiating. Burial will follow in Milton Cemetery. She was born June 7, 1935, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late Henry and Eunice Holley Woody. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Janice Marie Reynolds. Phyllis was the Secretary for the Dean of Student Affairs at Marshall University as well as a member of the Milton Garden Club and was active in the Senior Center. She attended Milton United Methodist Church. She is survived by her niece, Michelle Yvonne Slone of Richmond, Va.; her nephew, Sean Michael Slone of Nashville, Tenn.; and a host of friends and relatives. Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, at Heck Funeral Home.
