Jeremy Matthew Edwards, 20, of Culloden, passed away Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000 in Kanawha County, WV. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, Feb. 2 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with the Rev. C. Douglas Peters officiating. Burial in Community Cemetery, Culloden. Jeremy was born on Jan. 25, 1980 in Huntington, WV, a son of Matt and Brenda Edwards of Culloden. He was an employee at CIS Grocery Store, Culloden. He was an honor student throughout high school and had made the Dean's List at Marshall University for the last two semesters. He was on the National Honor Society and Who's Who Among American High School Students. Jeremy was elected by the American Legion Post 139, Milton to attend Boys State. In addition to his parents, Jeremy is survived by one brother, Billy Clinton Edwards, at home; his grandmother, Rebecca Edwards of Culloden; and his great grandmother, Martha Sowards of Culloden.
