FREDERICK F. BLAKE, 78, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Glenwood, husband of Audrey Clagg Blake, died Sunday at home. He was a retired employee of United Transportation. Also surviving are two sons, Kennith Blake of Columbus, Ohio, and Gary Blake of Groveport, Ohio. Funeral 1 p.m. Thursday at Heck Funeral Home, Milton; burial in Union Ridge Cemetery, Glenwood.
