Clifford Eugene Jeffrey
(April 18, 1938 - February 21, 2013)



Clifford Eugene Jeffrey, 74, of Huntington, WV, died Thursday February 21, 2013 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday February 24, 2013 at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington with Rick Estep officiating. Burial will be in Culloden Cemetery. Cliff was born April 18, 1938 in Greenview, WV, a son of the late Edgar Lee & Rosa Hagar Jeffrey. He was retired from Arch Coal, Inc. and was a U.S. Navy veteran. Two brothers, Charles & Carlos Jeffrey, also preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife Lois Turley Jeffrey, children, Kip Jeffrey & wife Karen, Tim Jeffrey, and Scott Jeffrey & wife Linda all of Pineville, KY, Teresa Justice & husband Danny of Danville, WV, Scarlett Zicafoose & husband Sam of Lewisburg, WV and stepdaughter, Carrie Turley Smith & husband Ryan of Cape Coral, FL, 10 grandchildren & 2 step grandchildren, two sisters, Mary Jane Kuhn of Dunbar, WV & Josephine Gregory of Geneva, OH. Veterans Honor Guard Post 16 will conduct military graveside rites. Friends may call at Chapman’s Mortuary from noon until service time on Sunday.
