Eliza Jane Wiseman
(June 15, 1922 - February 13, 2012)

Eliza Jane Wiseman, 89 of Huntington went to be with her Lord on Monday February 13, 2012. She was born June 15, 1922 a daughter of the late Calvin Odell Mills and Martha Susan Hudson. She was preceded in death by her husband Lindsey D. Wiseman, four brothers, and two sisters. Survivors include one daughter & son-in-law, Barbara Susan and Allen D. Lowry of Huntington, two grandsons, Barry Ellis (Carla) Porter of Birmingham , AL, Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Walter (Susan) Porter of San Antonio, TX, five great-grandchildren, three sisters; Opal K. Greenwood, Angie Cooper, and Virginia Kyle Furgison all of Huntington.. Many nieces’ nephews and great nieces and nephews also survive. She attended Fifth Avenue Freewill Baptist Church. She was employed by Owens Illinois Glass Company for 35 Years, and a member of the Woman’s Auxiliary VFW Post 9738. Visitation will be Thursday February 16, 2012 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00am Friday at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Rev/Pastor Ray Vance officiating. Burial will follow at Ridgelawn Memorial Park.
