Albert Shellie Burns
(August 22, 1962 - June 15, 2014)


Albert Shellie Burns, 51 of Huntington passed away June 15, 2014 in Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Albert was born August 22, 1962 in Beaumont, Texas a son of the late Bobby Gene and Delores Jean Burnett Burns. He was employed for many years with Bob Evans Restaurant. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother James Arthur Burns and one nephew Edward Burns. Survivors include his two children Frederick Scott Chapman and Nikki Lynn Chapman and fiancée Andrew Stark; one brother Robert Burns (Jacqueline), three sisters Gail Burns, Cyndy Burns Malone (Kevin), Trish Burns Slack (Dave) one grandson Nikolas Stark, several nieces and nephews; James R Burns (Misty), Blair Burns, Aaron Burns, Katy Burns, James Burns, Jr., Benjamin Burns, Annalee Wellman, Nickolas Wellman, Audrey Lynn Stark, Special friends and other relatives, Sally Burns his Step Mother, Anita Chapman a very special companion and friend, Darius Aldridge a special fishing buddy, and Kathy and Bill McFeran. Albert was an avid fisherman, Raiders Fan, and enjoyed bowling. At Albert’s request a private family memorial service will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Albert’s name. Care for Albert is entrusted to Tri-State Cremation Society.
