Crystal Ann Brown 56, formally of Huntington, WV passed away on July 14, 2016 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. She was born February 15, 2016. There will be no services. Ferrell- Chambers Funeral Home & Cremation Services are caring for the family.
