Dawn Downey Smith, 70 of Huntington, WV passed away on March 14, 2019 at home. She was born in Huntington, WV on June 10, 1948; a daughter of the late Frank D. and Zelda Smith. She is survived by her nephew, James Bennett of Parkersburg, WV. She will be cremated by Tri-State Cremation Society.
