Winnie Arminta Vance Coyer, 93, of St. Albans, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at her residence.  Funeral service will be conducted 10 AM, Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Stan Smith officiating.  Burial will follow in Culloden Cemetery.  She was born March 27, 1914 in Cabell Co., WV a daughter of the late Will and Rosa Alley Vance.  She was a homemaker and a member of Riverwood Baptist Church.  She is survived by four children, Lillian Catherine Furlan of Dunbar, Glen Roy Sowards of Glenwood, Virgil Lee Sowards of Nitro, and Naomi Ruth Russell of St. Albans; two brothers, Grant Vance of Milton and Kenneth Vance of Columbus, OH; fifteen grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM, Monday, June 25, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.   “When her course she has finished in triumphs of faith her body is forever free from all the pain, with shouts of Hallelujah she yields her last breath going with Jesus forever to reign.”  Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Hospice of Kanawha, 1143 Dunbar Ave., Dunbar, WV  25064.
