Timothy Bart Spencer, 52, of Barboursville, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011 at his residence. He was born November 23, 1958 in Cabell Co., WV a son of the late Kenneth Edward and Violet Marie Spencer. He was a heavy equipment operator for ECHO. He was an outdoorsman and loved to rabbit hunt. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Angela K. (Robert) Owens of Barboursville, Robert F. and Kathi Spencer of Hurricane, Clyde K. and Crissy Spencer of Hamilton, OH, Sandra DeJarnett of Apopka, FL, Terry and Sarah Spencer of Winfield, Brent and Beth Spencer of Milton, and Donna Ferguson (and her son, Daniel) of Kenova; host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. A private memorial service will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Challenged Athletes of WV, 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209.
