PENNY BELCHER HARSHBARGER
(August 16, 1961 - August 09, 2014)

Penny Jill Harshbarger, 52,of Milton, WV passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born August 16, 1961 in Huntington, WV, the daughter of the late Arthur and Dollie Huddleston Belcher. She was a Billing Clerk at Medical Claims Assistance, Huntington, WV, a graduate of Barboursville High School and a graduate of Marshall University.  She is survived by her husband, James Clifford Harshbarger of Milton, WV; one daughter, Kara Beth (Finley) Hammond of Huntington, WV; one son, James Kyle Harshbarger and his girlfriend, Chelsea Paschall both of Barboursville, WV; two brothers, Daniel (Joan) Belcher of Ruckersville, VA; and Tim (Sharon) Belcher of Spring Mills, PA; one grandson, Kameron Matthew Hammond.  Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary with Pastor Kevin Shull officiating.  Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary in Barboursville, WV.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be sent to Henson & Kitchen Mortuary to assist the family with Penny’s medical expenses.  The family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to Dr. Gerrit Kimmey and Nurse Keith Adkins of St. Mary’s Medical Center.
