Deborah Lou Parsons, 62 of Proctorville, OH passed away, Monday, December 17, 2018 in St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born November 4, 1956 in Huntington, WV the daughter of James E. Parsons of Huntington, WV and the late Doris Smith Parsons. She was employed with St. Mary's Medical Center working in Counseling and Rehabilitation. In addition to her father, she is also survived by two brothers, James E. Parsons, II. of Milton, WV and Christopher Lee Parsons of Ona, WV.
