Joe Ray Shepherd, 55 of Huntington, West Virginia passed away Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Heritage Center in Huntington, WV. He was born November 3, 1964 in Huntington, WV; the son of the late Frank Edward and Frances Jean Davis Shepherd. He is survived by sisters, Judy Young of Huntington, WV, Mary Meno (Jesus) of New Bern, NC, Brenda Estep (Todd) of Summersville, SC;brother, Frank Edward Shepherd Jr. of Huntington, WV; nieces and nephews, Donald Shepherd, Larry Dean Varney Jr., April Russell, Robert Varney, Heather Mojica, Taryn Varney, Nick Shepherd, Brent Shepherd, Michele Young, Michael Estep, Krystina Kaup, and Ashley Alger. Committal services will be conducted at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Dustin Clark officiating. There will be a funeral procession leaving Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, 6357 E. Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, WV 25705 at 10:45 AM.
