Bernard J. Carte, 92 of Charleston, WV passed away, Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation, St. Albans, WV. He was born March 8, 1926 in Clay County, WV the son of the late Joseph and Tilda Jane White Carte. He was retired from Libby Owens Ford Glass Company, a graduate of Charleston School of Commerce and was a U.S. Army WWII. Veteran. He is survived by his companion of 54 years, Joseph William Roberts of Charleston, WV. Arrangements are incomplete at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, 6357 East Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, WV.
