LINDA GALE VARNEY
(February 11, 1947 - August 21, 2015)

LINDA GALE VARNEY, 68, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, August 24, 2015 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by Pastor Donald McCloud. Burial will be in Watson Cemetery, Branchland. She was born February 11, 1947 in Logan, W.Va., a daughter of the late Mose Varney and Leva Mae Brunty Varney. She was preceded in death by one son, Brandon Lee Varney; three brothers, Mose Varney Jr., Sidney Varney and Mastin Varney; four sisters, Kathleen Tackett, Joan Betts, Mary Elizabeth Varney and Betty Lou Varney. She is survived by one son, Gregory A. Reed of Cincinnati, Ohio; four sisters, Barbara Torres, Sharon Hurley, Jean Misner and Marlene Stewart all of Huntington; two brothers, Rockford Perry and Larry Varney both of Huntington. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, August 23, 2015 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
