Obituary

Rule Denver Stepp Jr.
(October 18, 1952 - November 28, 2020)

Rule Denver Stepp Jr., 68, of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. He was born October 18, 1952, in Cabell County, a son of the late Rule Denver Stepp Sr. and Emma Stigall Stepp. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Mount; brothers, Larry Stepp and Joseph Stepp; nephew, William Stepp Jr. and great-grandson, Tyler Hay. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Emma and Jerry Fowler of Rush, KY; one sister, Golda Thornhill; two brothers, William Stepp Sr. and David Stepp Sr.; three grandchildren, Tiesha Slone, Brandon Littleton, and Austin Fowler; three great-grandchildren, Karsen Slone, Jonah Slone, and Elijah Foran; and two special nieces, Kamrynn Stepp and Jessica Stepp. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service.
