Branch S. “Jon” Scearcy, Jr, 63, of Huntington passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born March 19, 1948 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Branch S. and Roma V. Chapman Scearcy. He is survived by his sister, Carol Mossburg and her husband, Jack David of Lesage, WV; two half-brothers, Gene Boicelli and his wife, Vickie of Clayton, CA and David Colbert of New Jersey and two nephews, Matthew and Joseph Mossburg. Private services will be held at a later date. Beard Mortuary, Huntington is in charge of arrangements.
