ObituaryFranklin Deering Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you. I Peter 5:7 Franklin Deering's life of 50 years can be characterized by the phrase Put me in the game coach. An athlete since he could walk, he learned valuable lessons that influenced how he lived his life. Always willing to do what it took to win the game for the team. He was a loyal family member and friend. When it came time to step up to the plate, he was there. His love for children and his family was infectious and obvious. On Saturday, April 19, 2008 the Lord called Franky to join his mother Olivia Vines, his father Charles Deering, brother Charles Deering, Jr. along with other family and friends. Left with cherished memories, his wife Linda Deering, daughter Tywanna Deering, two grandchildren Tychelle and Tywann, three sisters, Terry Anderson, Dovanetta (John) Parker, and Stacy Vines, Two special aunts, Mary Caul and Gloria Deering, four nephews, Todd, Sundon, Sean and Remere, three nieces, Shetaun, Lakeisha and Charletta, special brothers, Jerrell and Maurice Johnson and a host of other relatives and friends. services will be 1:00PM Friday, May 25, 2008 at Young Chapel AME Church with Pastor Angela Walker, officiating. Burial will flow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Friends ma all one hour prior to the service at the church. Franky I will miss you, but I know I will see you again. I love you, Dovie
