DR. WILLIAM C. RAMSEY

DR. WILLIAM C. RAMSEY, 66, of Proctorville, Ohio, died Monday, November 16, 2009, at St. Mary's Medical Center after a short illness.
 Dr. Ramsey was Professor Emeritus of the Marshall University English Department. He was a member of Enslow Park Presbyterian Church.
Dr. Ramsey is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; daughter Ellin of Falls Church, Va., and her fiancé Sebastian Veney of Washington, D.C.;
daughter Karen of Kansas City, Mo.; and son Andrew of Proctorville. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
 Donations may be made to the Royce K. McDonald Memorial Scholarship Fund or charity of one's choice.
Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 19, 2009, with Service of Witness to the Resurrection to follow at 11 a.m. at
Enslow Park Presbyterian Church, 1338 Enslow Boulevard, Huntington, W.Va.
