Infant ELIJAH KENNETH OLIVEIRA passed away December 31, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2020, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Rosemont Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his parents, Makayla Blower and Steven Oliveira; siblings, Jayden Smith and Cheyenne Oliveira. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
