Obituary



Margie Lea Ross Moreland Bartram, 92, of Ona, WV, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019, in Teays Valley Center, Hurricane. She was born March 17, 1927 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Luther and Mollie Wyont Ross. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Loss Moreland and a brother, Robert Ross. Survivors include: a daughter and son-in-law, Sherrill and Samuel A. Snyder of Charleston, WV; three grandchildren, John J. (Jennifer) Snyder of Fallbrook, CA, Sarah Elizabeth Snyder of St. Albans, WV, and Dr. Katherine Ross Snyder of Austin, TX; seven great grandchildren, Ethan Ross (Jenna) Snyder of Hampton, VA, Abigail Lee Snyder and Jordan Janelle Snyder, both of Fallbrook, CA, Andrew Elliott (Stephanie) Snyder of Huntsville, AL, and Samuel Clayton Moss and Sean Patrick Moss, both of St. Albans, WV; an adopted grandson, Matthew Snyder of Charleston; two great great grandchildren, Braylen Andrew Snyder and Caroline Grace Snyder, both of Huntsville, AL; and soon to be born great great grandchild, Kylar Layne Snyder. Graveside services will be conducted noon Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, with Pastor Jerry Matt officiating. There will be no visitation.
