Clarice Eleanor Floyd


Clarice Eleanor Floyd, 80, of Proctorville, OH, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021, at her residence. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Ridgelawn Memorial Park, with Brother Mike Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow. Clarice was born September 27, 1941 in Verdunville, WV a daughter of the late Lark and Opal Napier. She retired from Old Colony Realty. She was a member of the Ceredo Chapter 61 Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include: her daughters, Cheri Ratliff and Dwana Chandler; step son, Butch Floyd; grandchildren, A.J. Hensley (Kirbi), Morgan Collie (Charles), Sarah Ratliff, Drew McDaniel, and Stephanie Yates (Charlie); great-grandchildren, Jackson, Nora, Chloe, Caspian, Caliea, Aiden, Benjamin, Lincoln, and Haley; her sister, Sally "Libby" Irby (Ferrell); her brother Ron Napier (Gloriann); and her sisters in law Gloriann and Jane. Her brothers, Albert Napier, William J. Napier, Lark Napier, Jr. all preceded her in death. Friends may call from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Ridgelawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either the Alzheimer's Association, the Dementia Society of America, or Hospice of Huntington.
