Mary Eloise Crawford
(October 10, 1928 - February 2, 2009)

Mary Eloise Crawford, 80, of Huntington, passed away Monday, February 2, 2009 at Hospice House of Huntington. Service will be 1 pm Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Sixteenth Street Baptist Church, Huntington, with Rev. Gary Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. Mary was born October 10, 1928 in Huntington, a daughter of the late George and Esther Atkinson Daniels. She was a maintenance supervisor for Marshall University and a member of Sixteenth Street Baptist Church. Survivors include six sons, Jeffrey L. Daniels of Huntington, Larry E. (Gloria) Daniels of Vine Grove, KY, Michael A. (Cheryl) Daniels of Colorado Springs, CO, Charles T. (Teresa) Crawford Jr. of Huntington, Dennis B. Crawford of Huntington and Lewis H. Crawford of Alexandria, VA; four daughters, Mary Ann (Glen) Hunter of Maple Heights, OH, Marsha E Cecil and Susan R. Crawford, both of Alexandria, VA and Marylon Rogers of Huntington; 24 grandchildren, a very special granddaughter, Katura N. Lyles and 28 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 12 pm until service time at the church. The care and service of Mrs. Crawford is under the directions of Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home.
