Joseph James Miller
(May 19, 1939 - January 26, 2009)

Joseph "Joe" Miller, 69, of Huntington passed away Monday, January 26, 2009 at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born May 19, 1939 in Huntington, a son of the late Willard L. and ImoGene Miller. He is survived by one two sisters; Wilma Akers of Huntigton, and Nina Johnson (Dennis) of Irving Texas, his close friend Mary Hagerman, a special cousin Bob Lazier, and several nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Ray Spears, Sharon Leep and all the staff of Heritage Manor for thier special care. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00pm Friday January 30, 2009 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Leap and Rev. Ray Vance officiating. Burial will follow in Bowen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00pm until service time at the funeral home.
