Roger Dale Petrie
(January 17, 1947 - June 12, 2011)

Roger Dale Petrie, 64 of Huntington, WV went to be with the Lord, Sunday June 12, 2011. Funeral Services will be held 11 am Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, with Lester Errett and Gary Hale co-officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Roger was born January 17, 1947, in Huntington to the Late Solomon William and Mildred Maxine Reynolds Petrie. He was sole proprietor of Petrie Heating and Air Conditioning. Roger was a member of Frazier Bottom Church of God and avid board member of Rippling Waters campgrounds. He was preceded in death by his son Roger Dale Petrie II. Roger is survived by his loving wife Edna Petrie, two sons Warrant I Robert Dwayne Petrie (Pam) of Fort Bragg, NC, Ronald David Petrie of Huntington, WV, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 15, 2011. From 6pm to 8pm at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home.
