Sandra Lee Bowles
(June 12, 1964 - June 15, 2012)

Sandra “Sandy Bob” Bowles, 48 of Huntington passed away June 15, 2012 at her residence after a long battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents William Taylor Bowles and Nila May Stanley as well as two brothers, David Bowles and Kevin Bowles. She is survived by her husband of 28 years; Jim Plumley, one son; Christopher Bowles, two brothers Rick Bowles & Christi Stapleton of Kenova, Sonny Bowles of Huntington, three sisters; Lori Gissel & Ron Harvey of Kenova, Charlotte Aliff & Buck Aliff and Marietta Franks & Fred Franks both of Ohio, and her beloved dogs. She is also survived by special nieces and nephews, Shelby and Bradley Gissel, Priscillia Flora and a host of other nieces and nephews. Special Friends, Mike and Sharron Morris Of Huntington, Tonia Parker & Ralph Ramey Of Huntington, WV Funeral Services will be held 1:00p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2012 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with the Rev. Sam Morris officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. At Sandra’s request she will be cremated after the services.
