Vickie Sue Carroll Sweet, 59 of Huntington passed away Saturday August 2, 2014 in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday August 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Minister Norman Stickler officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born August 25, 1954 in Huntington a daughter of the late Oaxie Chapman. She was a retired unit clerk at St. Mary's Medical Center. She is survived by her husband Gene Sweet; children Tonya Carroll, Trina Thompson (Woodrow Kincaid), Ronnie Carroll, Donnie Carroll and Tracy Graybeal; thirteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a special lifelong cousin and friends Margaret Stickler Dement. The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to her nurse Amy Stapleton at St. Mary's an to Dr. Dawn MacFarland. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
