Paul Ray Payne
(February 12, 1942 - January 29, 2014)

Paul Ray Payne, 71 of Huntington passed away January 29, 2014 in St. Mary's Medical Center. Husband of Barbara Payne. Graveside service will be held 11 am, Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Forrest Memorial Park, Milton. Paul was born February 12, 1942 in Huntington a son of the late Bud and Beulah Collins Payne. He retired from ACF Industries as a painter. He is survived by his loving wife Barbara Payne and two sons Joesph Payne (Linda) of Huntington and Rocky Payne (Teresa) of Point Pleasant, WV. Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home is entrusted with funeral arrangements.
