Jack Woodrow Fulks, Jr
(March 21, 1966 - June 7, 2014)

Jack Woodrow Fulks, Jr. 48 of Huntington died June 7, 2014 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held 12 noon, Thursday, June 12 2014 in the Chapel of Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, with Rev. Roy Terry officiating. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Jack was born March 21, 1966 in Huntington to the late Jack Woodrow, Sr. and Joan Neal Henson Fulks. He served in the US Army. He is survived by one daughter Sierra Dawn Fulks, his siblings Roger, Kim, Karen, Kathy and twin sister Tammy. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home is entrusted with the care of Jack.
