Glen Arthur Lewis
(October 17, 1933 - August 9, 2016)

Glen Arthur Lewis, 82, of Huntington, WV passed away on August 9, 2016 at VAMC. He was born on October 17, 1933 in Huntington, WV. He was the son of Clyde Lewis and Zella Elliot. He was a printer with Chapman Printing Company. He was a member of the Moose Club and the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandson, Albert Wright and his son-in-law, Jack Edison. He leaves behind to mourn his loss his; daughters, Barbara Ann Edison and Rebecca Lynn (Jimmy) Johnson; his 6 grandchildren: Christopher Day, Anthony Pike, Angela Pike, Charles Hutchinson, Lisa Anderson and Tracy Black; along with his 19 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his lifelong friend and mentor, Marshall Reynolds and his good friend Bill and DB. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses and the VAMC for their care of Glen. Funeral services for Glen will be conducted at 1 p.m., Friday, August 12, 2016 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with burial following at Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m.
